Piñon pine grows across the high deserts and mountains of the American Southwest, from the desert landscapes of Joshua Tree to the mesas of New Mexico. These hardy trees shape the open woodlands of the region, where the scent of warm resin drifts through dry desert air.

Our Aromatic Resin Perfume Oils are composed entirely from natural plant materials including aromatic tree resins, essential oils, and botanical absolutes.

Some of the resins are foraged by us directly, while others are sourced from growers and harvesters who work closely with these plants in their native regions. We seek out exceptional resins and aromatic materials wherever they are produced.

The resins are slowly infused into organic jojoba oil using gentle heat and time. This process captures the deeper aromatic profile of the whole resin rather than isolating only the essential oil, creating a rich true-to-resin aromatic fragrance.

Many of the essential oils used in this collection are distilled in small batches in our own studio, allowing us to work closely with the plants and shape the aromatic character of each fragrance.

Each perfume oil is blended and poured in small batches at our studio on Vashon Island.
