Refund policy
We want you to feel good about ordering from Deschampsia.
Because our products are personal-care items made in small batches, we generally accept returns only on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-unopened
-unused
-in its original packaging
-accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns on opened or used skincare, bath, body, or aromatic products.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Including your order number and photos of the item and packaging helps us resolve things quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns. This helps cover the cost of processing, handling, and restocking small-batch inventory.
Sale items
Sale items are generally final sale.
If you have a concern about an item purchased on sale, please reach out and we will review it case by case.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us so we can help.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
