Shipping policy

We typically ship orders within 2–3 business days from the date they are placed.

We ship within the United States. International shipping is available for eligible products to select destinations. Available shipping services and rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Some botanical products cannot be shipped to every country. International orders may be subject to customs delays and import duties, taxes, or carrier fees. Unless shown as collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Each order is hand packed with care, and we include a complimentary sample with every shipment.

Most domestic orders ship via USPS. Additional carriers may be used depending on destination, particularly for international orders.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Orders over $80 ship free within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
