Hidrosoles

Hydrosols are gentle, water-based botanical distillations created during the steam distillation of aromatic plants—often used as a natural facial mist or botanical spray for skin and hair.

Soft and versatile, they can be used directly on the skin, scalp, and hair to refresh, hydrate, and support overall balance—especially in dry environments or throughout the day.

We distill each hydrosol in-house in small batches using fresh plant material, sourced locally through ethical wild-foraging, small regional farms, and occasional in-house cultivation. Many of the herbs used are organically grown, and cultivated plants are grown without the use of pesticides. Each batch is distilled in a traditional copper alembic still, capturing the full aromatic and water-soluble character of each plant at its peak.

Hydrosols pair naturally with oil-based products—providing lightweight hydration, while oils help condition and seal in moisture.

Beyond skincare, they are also valued for their subtle aromatic presence, used throughout the day to refresh the senses and shift atmosphere.
